The Village Grill will be hosting its monthly Fat Tuesday party on Tuesday December 1st.

Come out and pretend its Mardi Gras all year round at the Village Grill (1802 Memorial Ave. SW Roanoke VA) featuring the Big Lick Brass Band.

Student Rehearsals Monday 11/23

Student Rehearsals will be held Monday November 23 at 5-6pm and 6:30-7:30pm.

Students should attend the same session that they did on Tuesday November 10 with their music, notebooks, instruments, etc.

Attendance is mandatory. Since there will be no regular lessons during the week of November 23-28, any students not participating should have contacted me already to reschedule.

VA Folk-Jazz Trio Wednesday November 18 @ The Cellar

The VA Folk-Jazz Trio will be performing at The Cellar (302 N. Main St. blacksburg, VA) Wednesday 11/18.

Come hear Scott, McDowell, and Jeff put their unique spin on Jazz Folk and World Music.

This performance is free and begins after 9pm.

Group Makeup Classes Saturday November 14

There will be two makeup sessions this Saturday (11/14)

  • 12:30-1:30pm; Home Studio Recording
    Learn fundamental techniques for recording music in your home. Equipment will be made available for students to try said techniques and record music.
  • 2:00-3:00; Listening to Music
    Share the music you love and discover all new bands and artists. Students are invited to bring their own CD’s.
